What is Music Therapy?
Music Therapy is an evidence-based clinical practice that uses music to support emotional, cognitive, and physical well-being. Supported by a qualified Music Therapist, clients engage in activities such as listening, singing, playing instruments, or songwriting to facilitate self-expression, emotional processing, and healing. Sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs, so no musical experience or skill is required.
Music Therapy is widely used in mental health, trauma treatment, rehabilitation, and general wellbeing. It can help regulate emotions, reduce stress, and enhance overall quality of life.

Client Testimonial
Gabrielle came recommended to us at a very challenging time for our almost 12 old with high anxiety, working through an autism diagnosis and having fallen out of being able to attend school. Gabrielle provided a safe space for her to explore and process her feelings through music, something that we knew she liked and felt empowered with. We went very slowly and gently which she needed at the time as engaging with anything new was highly difficult.
Over the course of the last year it’s been a gradual process helping her to thrive again. Gabrielle has been by her side with our regular sessions encouraging her to express herself and her emotions through songwriting and through using instruments and music to soothe, calm and build her up. She’s really found her voice in being able to advocate better for her needs now in all environments but particularly in a new school and we are sure that Gabrielle has been a part of this life-long confidence and self esteem gaining.
Thank you Gabrielle for everything.
